Notely is an open-source blogging platform that allows users to create, publish, and share blog posts. We provide the infrastructure for you to express your thoughts and ideas.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Content and Conduct
4.1. You retain ownership of all content you post on Notely.
4.2. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.
4.3. You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains sexually explicit material (NSFW)
- Includes unauthorized advertising or spam
- Attempts to exploit or harm our systems
- Harasses, abuses, or threatens others
5. System Security
5.1. You agree not to attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of Notely.
5.2. If you discover any security vulnerabilities, please report them immediately through our GitHub issues page: https://github.com/Parham125/notely/issues
5.3. Unauthorized access attempts will result in immediate account termination.
